Unique 2 bedroom/2 bath cabin + 3 bedroom/1 bath guest cabin!

  • Spacious cabin with guest house between Shadow Mountain Lake and Lake Granby. Short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, which can take you into Estes Park in the summertime. Stillwater trailhead less than 3 miles away for endless snowmobile and ATV riding. Access to all the lakes for fishing, boating, and water skiing is at your fingertips. Walk to the Roadhouse Bar and Grill, or make the short 5 mile drive to the town of Grand Lake for dining out. Open concept kitchen/dining/family room with gas stove fireplace. Cabin has updated furniture, carpet, and high speed Internet to make for a comfortable, cozy stay. Large mud room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with laundry in main house. Separate guest quarters with outside entry to additional 3 bedrooms; 2 with a shared bathroom and 1 with separate outside entry. This 2100 square foot cabin has 7 beds, with additional full size sofa sleeper in family room, small single futon in main bedroom, and twin floor mattress in bunk room. Enjoy evenings on the patio grilling out and then relaxing in front of the fire pit. Sorry, but we do not allow pets.

The kids lived the dorm style rooms while the adults could enjoy the main house. It was nice and close to stillwater boat dock for getting out in Lake Granby every day. I would stay again!

Great Colorado stay

This was the perfect place to stay for an extended family vacation. The separate bedrooms from the main living area were great for each family to get away to for awhile. The outdoor area is great for group hangouts. Everything was as described. Definitely would stay here again!

overall, our stay was absolutely amazing. Scott and Joni were very informative with directions and information on the area around the cabin. beautiful scenery and we were lucky to see some moose on the way up to the cabin. would definitely recommend anyone to stay.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay! The house was clean and had all the amenities one would need. Close to Grand Lake and Granby so it was easy to find lots of things to do! The fire pit was a fun place for all of us to gather in the evenings and hang out. Would definitely come back again!

A great family stay

This place was perfect for four couples and four littles. We get together every year and all decided this was the best trip ever. Scott and Joni were so wonderful as hosts. They made the stay so easy and answered questions very fast. We recommend this stay to anyone. Very quiet place to relax but close to all the nearby attractions.

Family getaway

The house was great and provides for lots of beds when having all your kids and grandkids. We also put up a tent and it was awesome to sleep outside and hear the birds in the morning. The house has everything you need. We will definitely be back. A great place for a family gathering.

Cozy Getaway

The property is super cozy and slept all nine of us comfortably. Very well stocked and the hosts are very responsive. The listing photos honestly don't do this place justice. We absolutely would book again.

RMNP!

Amazing stay for our large family and some friends. We used this location as a home base for a couple of days in RMNP. The location was perfect on the back-side of the park, and the home itself was excellent. The place is perfect for larger families as there is ample space. The home was very clean and the entire check-in/check-out was seamless. As we drove away, we all agreed that we would most certanly stay here again.

Everything you could possibly need was there, in the kitchen, the bathrooms, games, etc. Made use of the shotski! And the place is very well decorated and so cozy. The family thought it was perfect and wants to stay again.

Wonderful national park stay

Our large group was well accommodated in this lovely and well appointed home. We felt right and home and comfortable. Access to the lake and national park was a great added bonus. Our kids loved playing outside and the selection of games in the house was great. The host was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect lake getaway

Reunion of old friends and some new for a weekend of boating, fishing, and shenanigans. Well thought out rental with everything you needed and very clean. Location was perfect too. I would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends and family.

Great location and fantastic amenities

The house is in a great location for accessing Rocky mountain National Park as well as the local town for food, desserts, and souvenirs! The house is very well equipped with everything you need of you prefer to cook meals while traveling like we do. The house also has a very comfortable feeling and we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!!

This is the best place ever

This place is awesome. The owners thought of everything. So many things to do with the kids. Neighborhood is amazing and friendly. Enough space for 15 people comfortably. Enough privacy if multi family (like us) are going. Highly recommended. 2 thumbs up.

A comfy home from home

We were so happy to find this cabin. Ideal for our adult family group. Close to Grand Lake and several other area attractions. Our hosts were available and amenable to us. The cabin is very comfortable and roomy, even with a large party !! The outdoor patio area with fire pit fast became our daily gathering spot. Hoping to return someday soon !!

Family vacation with siblings' families

Our group of 11 had everything we needed. As the planner for this trip and this being the first time I've used a home rental, I was surprised by the extensive assortment of kitchen cooking equipment, dishware, and supplies. Everything we needed and more was provided. The book of information about the local area was very helpful as well.

Family reunion

It was well supplied with everything we forgot to bring. It was clean and comfortable. My grandsons really liked the chess set. There were two items that were broken before we got there. One was the tile in the master bathroom and the other was the soap dispenser in the kitchen. Also the can opener was not good. Had to improvise. Then we found the good one. That old one really needs to be thrown out. Overall everyone enjoyed themselves and wants me to book again next July.

2023 Ice fishing

Our friends and family meet once a year to fish the three lakes ice fishing tournament. We have stayed at many short term rentals and this one one of our favorites. The listing was as advertised, clean and has a nice atmosphere. The living room, dinning, and kitchen areas are spacious and can handle family dinners and fellowship. With the amount of snow that was on the ground before arrival and the amount that came while we were staying, the parking and pull through driveway was fantastic compaired to many other homes. Our friends and family had a great experience and we would recommend the home to anyone.
