deck surrounded by tall evergreens. Mornings are calm here, with crisp mountain light spilling across the timber beams, while evenings invite you to gather around the glow of the gas fireplace after a day of hiking trails or exploring Grand Lake’s downtown. In every season, this cabin offers space to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the alpine atmosphere near Rocky Mountain National Park.

Outdoor living
The private deck extends your living space into the forest, giving you a place to breathe in the fresh air or enjoy long summer meals at the picnic table. A gas grill makes outdoor cooking easy, and comfortable seating provides a spot to linger as the sun slips behind the trees. For guests arriving with gear, trailer parking is available, along with driveway parking for two cars. During winter months, an all-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended.

The great room
Inside, vaulted ceilings and warm wood accents create an inviting atmosphere. The great room is designed for gathering, whether you are sharing stories on leather sofas or watching a movie on the 55-inch Roku TV. A gas fireplace provides warmth after time outdoors, while an upstairs reading nook offers a quiet retreat for moments of solitude.

Kitchen and dining
Cooking becomes a shared experience in the open kitchen. With modern appliances, generous counter space, and a breakfast bar for four, it is easy to prepare meals together. The adjoining dining table seats eight, making it the centerpiece for both family meals and game nights. Essentials such as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker are included, along with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave for convenience.

Sleeping arrangements
The cabin accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms. On the main level, the master suite features a king bed, 40-inch TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also on this level. Upstairs, the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed, while the third bedroom is kid-friendly with bunk options: a twin, a twin-over-twin, and a twin-over-full, plus a TV for entertainment. A third bathroom with a tub/shower combo completes the upper floor.

Comforts and essentials
To make your stay easy, the cabin provides free Wi-Fi, Roku streaming, and a washer and dryer. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with hangers, an iron, and cleaning products. Ceiling fans and heating are available, while air conditioning is not. For peace of mind, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, as well as a fire extinguisher, are in place.

Things to know
Three outdoor-facing security cameras are installed on the decks, with no indoor coverage. The Columbine Lake community offers quiet surroundings, though amenities such as the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, and lake are reserved for residents only.
