“The high ratings on most travel sites for the Embers are well deserved. We found the hotel to be very clean. Ben and Thomas at the front desk were both very courteous and helpful. The only negative was jackhammering in the middle of one night by the NC DOT. But that’s not the hotels fault of course. The restaurant on site is excellent as well as the service. Will be returning!”
“Nice clean room with an updated bathroom. Pretty gardens and fountains on site. Several rooms available with more amenities. Friendly staff. I thought the price was a bit steep for the small space we had but you are centrally located in town with shopping and dining within walking distance.”
“The Tarheel Suite was spacious and the furnishings were comfortable. It was an easy walk to the town and there were many restaurants around Hillwinds Inn. We loved our accommodations and quick response by the staff.
