“The only problem I encountered was that because I booked third party, they weren't flexible with my request to allow my cousin to check in on my behalf becauseI was running late and she needed to get dressed before the wedding. I had to stop, respond to the email request before she was allowed in the room. She drove over 3 hrs. and I drove over 5 hrs. and had lost 1 hrs. because I was coming from TN.”

“Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty. “I have to say I was hesitant to book a hotel without a front desk and only an e-check in. I’m happy to say the experience here was excellent. I was provided with number to a gentleman that was able to assist in all our needs. He was able to check us in much earlier than our set time, and an extra hour later for check out.
