“First I would like to mention how great the staff was., very nice and attentive. We were there from Wednesday through Sunday and we saw the exact same staff, morning, noon and night. I can’t say enough about how great they were. The resort is very clean and very quiet. The beach area was a little disappointing but that wasn’t the resort fault. We went to the spa and had a wonderful message and hydration therapy. Very nice! Food was really good! I highly recommend this resort. ”

“ Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa was beautiful! The staff were welcoming and always nice. We really enjoyed our staff. The only issue we encountered during our stay was the restaurant options. One of the restaurants was not open throughout our stay, and another one was closed during the time it was scheduled to be open. “Staff was very friendly and management checked in on us. The only problem we had was all week our room kept getting skipped over for a cleaning. Our dirty towels were towering. We did have the green button on for “open” instead of the red but somehow we were overlooked. We got towels right away when I called and management was willing to help.
