Hotel a Grandview

“Very quiet, nice stay”

“No breakfast as they were shut down by the health department! No elevator. No shampoo. Short towels and staff said they did not have any more.”

“Power went out at 2:00 am. Could not use the C pap machine. It was hot. No battery lights in the bathroom or stairs, very dangerous. No breakfast or coffee. They need a generator. I would like a refund.”

“Needed to stay for a quick overnight stop. It was perfect! Clean and updated. Magnetic phone charger on the night stand was especially appreciated. Would stay again!”

“Expected more amenities in the bathroom but was only robes no toothbrush or combs. I guess you gotta go downstairs and ask since not everyone brushes their teeth?”

“Overall everything was good except check in. Clean hotel, specious room, very good breakfast and convenient location. I arrived already later than normal check in time however there was still no available room.”

“Everything was excellent except for the bedding. I don't know what kind of detergent or softener they use but it did NOT have a pleasant smell.”

“There was boxes and furniture everywhere. A weird smell. Spa didnt work. Power went out st 2am until at least 9 amd they didnt offer any assistance, just sat in the other room on their phones and keep lying to Expedia about sad power outage.”

“Let's just say, you get what you pay for. My had a dirty shower and dusty shelving. My television didn't work. The walls are then. I heard every conversation I didn't want to. Made it very hard to sleep. I had to get up shift in the am”
