“Excellent staff, super friendly and helpful. Our room 106 needed some TLC but it was super clean and spacious with a very comfy mattress. Breakfast was very good, great assortment of cold and hot food and love that’s it’s a ‘help yourself’ options. Good quality food. Our satnav wouldn’t accept the postcode, so if yours is the same, it’s just off junction 36 of the A1. ”

“We didn’t have hot water for the whole of our stay. We were told it would come back on after the first day and it did not. The next time they said it we wanted to shower we had to do it in another room, however they asked us to share this room key with other people which wasn’t what we thought when booking. “Easy check in procedure door code gets you into the building and room. Spacious room with modern kitchen and bathroom, well stocked tea/coffee etc and good hot water supply. Warm rooms and well stocked towels and bedding , only drawback is due to its location you get some noise and guests turning up at stupid o'clock in the morning. On the whole if you can get this for a good price its well worth it ”
