“Non solo non mi hanno concesso l’upgrade gratuito, ma di tutte le tipologie di camere disponibili ci è stata data la più piccola, assolutamente scomoda per due. Il parcheggio che doveva essere gratuito è stato invece a pagamento. Prezzo colazione assolutamente spropositato rispetto a quanto fornito. Letto scomodissimo.”

“The room was spotless and just enough room for family of 3. The bathroom was our favorite. The clean tub and the rain shower were really a great addition. The salt for the bath was also such a great touch.
The security of the hotel being in the city center was well thought of.
The location is smack in the city center and was so convenient to go around the city.
I would check-in here again. ♥️”

“Lovely to have a bath and a shower in the room. Most of the staff were lovely, particularly the breakfast staff including the Spanish chef who went out of her way to get me vegan croissants and the lady who checked us in for breakfast who was very friendly and kind.”

“I was a little concerned that check in info, including teh address, was to be provided only 3 hours before check-in time, but in the event it all worked out fine.
