“The first room smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals. After being moved, the second room smelled like ramen, and the hallway smelled of marijuana. The hotel also advertises a bar and food service on its website, but neither was operating — only breakfast was available. The stay was disappointing and did not match what was advertised. On the plus side, I’ve stayed in worse hotels.”

“Hotel was crowded and way too loud. They should look into better sound proofing. ”

“Nothing was included, everything was overpriced. Parking was hectic. Hot tub had broken vents, and pool was not clean.”

“The airport pick up was fantastic. Quick with super concise directions. We did miss having food options in house or within walking distance. Our shuttle back to Dulles was more typical and was timely and professional. ”

“No hot water to shower after flying 17 hours. Called front desk to inform that there was no hot water. They said that they were having issues with the boiler. Was eventually fixed for showering the next morning. Also bathroom had only 2 towels . Not up to Marriott standards ”

“The bed was good, the bathroom was clean but the kitchen and the drawers were nasty with food debris on the counter in the drawers and the floor in the kitchen was nasty. They don’t tell you in the add that the cookware , dishes and coffee maker are all $30 each extra for a total of $90 + tax I will not be back. ”

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“After having a less than ideal stay at a different Global Luxury/Churchill location, I read the reviews for this building and decided to give them an opportunity to leave a better impression. One of the existing reviews shares of a broken bed, I may’ve gotten the same unit they stayed in, as my bed was broken as well (the bed frame, specifically). The bed sank into the middle of the broken frame. Advertised parking for (temporary) guests in this building is a three minute drive/ten minute walk...
