“Beautiful hotel. Lovely gym. You could tell it’s new - some hiccups. I tried to call before I got there and the number on google and Expedia didn’t work. Check in was a bit glitchy. The shower gel and hand soap were switched. Took a long time for the water to get hot. Would have expected more from a luxury property”

“I thought the parking was a bit high, but I understand the reason for the charge. Also, I thought the breakfast were very nice and tasty, although they were a bit high, as well, but the breakfast attendants were not pleasant when asked questions. Thank you!”

“The staff are very helpful & professional, and the room was clean and well-appointed, as well as an elegant lobby space with a restaurant/bar. There is not good sound-proofing however, so noise from the street & surrounding rooms may disturb some people. I also dislike being forced to valet my car, which was inconvenient for a stay of a few days or more when I needed my car each day.”

“They didn’t have full size suv and when I went there they try to give me mini van. My family 6 and we have 10 suitcase. I called them before heading to airport to pick up the car and they confirmed they have it. And I confirm before start to finalize the reservation. And they confirmed they have the car. After finish everything they offer me smaller car and they screw up my entire trip because I had to go rent a cargo van to take care of the luggage’s and rent for the rest of family small car....
