“I thought the parking was a bit high, but I understand the reason for the charge. Also, I thought the breakfast were very nice and tasty, although they were a bit high, as well, but the breakfast attendants were not pleasant when asked questions. Thank you!”

“Beautiful hotel. Lovely gym. You could tell it’s new - some hiccups. I tried to call before I got there and the number on google and Expedia didn’t work. Check in was a bit glitchy. The shower gel and hand soap were switched. Took a long time for the water to get hot. Would have expected more from a luxury property”

El local, el cuarto el lobby y areas del hotel estan muy bien presentadas. Para mi, 6 de 5 estrellas Mu esposa dijo que volvería y eso es mucho decir.”

“The room was very clean and huge. My cousin and I took our kids to see the Elmo live show and made a weekend out of it for a staycation. The room was spacious enough for our 2 children under 2 to play and have fun. The staff was very helpful and breakfast being included made things that much easier when traveling with children. We really enjoyed our stay so much and have been talking about it ever since.”

“The staff are very helpful & professional, and the room was clean and well-appointed, as well as an elegant lobby space with a restaurant/bar. There is not good sound-proofing however, so noise from the street & surrounding rooms may disturb some people. I also dislike being forced to valet my car, which was inconvenient for a stay of a few days or more when I needed my car each day.”
