“This is an outstanding property in a quiet, picturesque part of Stoke-on-Trent (the village of Barlaston). Morgan at Reception on Tuesday afternoon 15/7/25 was fantastic… very helpful, very pleasant! Dinner was very nice…and the wait staff pleasant and efficient! “We stayed in the apartment which was really spacious, it is a fabulous house with well thought out decor. Cleanliness was second to none, so if that's what concerns you when travelling, then Eagle house is for you its spotless. Andy and Helen are great hosts and very welcoming. “Overall I would rate this stay excellent. The room and view was lovely. Super clean and appeared to be newly redecorated. My only complaint would be that the following morning our exit from the floor our room on was blocked. Both stairs and lift with no direction on how to get out. Had their been a fire goodness only knows if we’d have had time to find an alternative way out in time. ”

“The property needs a serious overhaul looking very dated in decoration. Old wall paper on the walls with marking on the paper , carpets need a refresh , small tv which needs to be replaced with a new tv on the wall. Bathroom shower worked but needs a new shower as i couldnt properly turn the shower off after use. Minamul tea facilities in room. Veru poor standard of accommodation but it was quite cheap hotel . Think i will book a different hotel next time”
