Il buffet era abbondante e di discreta qualità ma la presenza costante di gatti randagi nell'area ristorante non mi è piaciuta. Il personale è OK: disponibile, pronto, discreto. La stanza non mi ha soddisfatto: semi interrata quindi poco luminosa e poco arieggiata risultava umida; il letto era assai scomodo e la biancheria non copriva il materasso. Anche la pulizia non era impeccabile inoltre il primo giorno ho avuto il piatto doccia intasato ed una perdita d'acqua dal piano superiore - fortunatamente prontamente sistemato; ho chiesto di poterla cambiare ma non è stato possibile. Supporto dal personale della reception appena sufficiente: ho avuto bisogno di un medico per una presunta reazione allergica e mi hanno mandato in una clinica privata (a pagamento, 700€ per la cronaca); ho perso l'orologio in piscina e più che prendere nota non han fatto; ho chiesto di prenotare un'auto a noleggio e non l'hanno trovata (l'ho trovata io a 50 mt dall'hotel....).

A due passi dalla spiaggia, ottima la formula all inclusive con cibo di alta qualità (ovviamente da italiani state lontani dalla pasta). Personale cortese e disponibile, stanza (suite con idromassaggio) nuova e pulita.

Arrivati in aeroporto e subito accompagnati in albergo,al nostro arrivo ci hanno assegnato una camera nella dependance anche se noi avevamo chiesto il corpo centrale,camera piccola ma comoda però con qualche difetto che mostrerò con le foto,ristorazione ottima e personale molto gentile

Beach hotel close to the beach but on the beach
Apart from the fact that the beach hotel is not ON the beach and does not own any beach facility, the hotel is nice and the all-inclusive service is excellent. Food is good and the choice of beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic is large. The quality of wine could be better. The typical customer is the English family with children, so the pool is packed by them and all the sunbeds are taken by the parents from sunrise to sunset. Better to go on the near beach (100 mt from the hotel) of Kalamaki.

Klelia beach is better IRL!
We had a great vacation and can strongly recommend this hotel. It’s a small/medium sized hotel with a very familiar and nice atmosphere where all the staff recognizes you. The hotel and pool are actually better in real life than on the photos. Everyone are very serviceminded and helped us to prolong our stay even though we didn’t have booked more than 3 nights. They even upgraded us to the private pool rooms for one night which was very appreciated by my boys. The all inc food is good and tasty, served in a nice restaurant with indoor and outside tables by the pool. Really good ice cream from 11-23.00 and the snacks from 15-17 helps fight the worst hunger. Very close, max 200 m, to the best part of Kalimaki beach where the turtles lay their eggs. Fine sand, perfectly clear water and nice cliffs that surround part of the beach to create shade-perfect for small children. Restaurants and shops next door. Beach in Laganas is not that nice and lots of young people partying-Kalamaki is best beach and slower tempo, family friendly!

Maybe i expected too much?! It wasn‘t bad but it wasn‘t good either. Here some points i didn‘t liked/understand at all. .) you have to pay 20eur for the safe keys - ok, it‘s advertised as „no safe included“ but there is one in the room actually. and for the pleasure to use it they charge 20eur - pointless. .) you get 2 big towels even you booked for 4 persons. also they change the towels every 2days. seems like a bit to rare considering because of the oceans/pooltime you may shower 2 times a day .) the rooms itself get cleaned every day - but the floor seems like not included. again, with the sand from the oceans etc it should be done everyday .) the late checkout - we knew we need the late checkout but they couldn‘t confirm if we are able to stay in our room till the checkout. that again makes no sense. of course it‘s not like the late checkout is free of charge. cost 30eur till 15:00 or 40eur if you stay till 18:00. costs are ok but the process/organization is questionable. .) the deluxe suite is not worth it what i do like was the receptionist, they tried they best but it seems like some organisational issues are slowing them down. also the other personal was friendly, food was good. pool are also. and the best thing is how close you are to the crystal beach.

dejligt ophold/dårligt badeværelse
Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold - MEN badeværelset var under al kritik. Ingen muligheder for at hænge håndklæder til tørre, inden afskærmning til bruser, så vandet flød over gulvet og toilet, ingen badeartikler - godt nok sæbedispenser ved håndvask, ingen udluftning. Ud over badeværelset var alt i top.

Very limited hours for meal times for an all inclusive hotel. Did not have hot water in the showers. Very hard mattress. Flys in room. Had to pay to use pool towels. Only thing good was Christina the receptionist.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel où le personnel est très sympathique, que ce soit à l’accueil où au bar/resto. La nourriture est très bonne pour un All inclusive, de plus l’ambiance est top. L’hôtel se situe à quelques minutes à pieds d’une jolie plage

Βρωμικο και κακή εξυπηρέτηση!
Πολύ βρωμικο!!!! Δυστυχώς ενώ είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων!!!! Ήμασταν 3 ενήλικες με ένα μωρό-παιδί 2,5 χρόνων! Μείναμε 4 βραδια και μας λένε θα μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο το τρίτο βράδυ... την προτελευταία μέρα μας είπαν ότι από λάθος δόθηκε το δωμάτιο που θα πηγαίναμε την τριτη ημέρα και γιαυτο θα έπρεπε να μεταφερθούμε σε κάτι δωμάτια πάνω από το δρόμο, έξω από το συγκρότημα και ο,τι φαίνεται από τις φωτογραφίες τις οποίες είδαμε και έτσι κάναμε την κρατηση..ήμασταν ανένδοτοι καθώς υπήρχε και μωρό και δεν ήταν εύκολο να πηγαινοερχομαστε διασχίζοντας συνέχεια το δρόμο και φυσικά δεν ήταν αυτό που παρουσιάζουν στο Ίντερνετ..μετά από έντονη συζήτηση και πόσες ώρες, και αφού χάσαμε το μπάνιο μας στη θάλασσα, μας βρήκαν ένα άλλο δωμάτιο στο συγκρότημα που ήμασταν, το οποίο ήταν δίκλινο, πρόσθεσαν αφού ζητήσαμε ράντζο και μέσα στη βρωμια.. αράχνες κρεμόντουσαν από το ταβάνι, το σιφόνι έβγαζε νερά... ειλικρινά λυπάμαι παρα πολύ! Το μόνο καλό ήταν το καλό φαγητό και το ευγενικό προσωπικό! Η διοίκηση και η reception απαράδεκτοι!!

We had a superior room with hot tub others had own small pool but the best thing was the quality of the food and staff we have been on many all inclusive and are good value but never had as good food as we did in this hotel also staff serving you like u were paying for every round not just flinging it at u and no restrictions on how many u got at a time by that I mean if he paying customers in ur group u get 8 drinks so only one needs to go to bar unlike so many other places. Annex rooms are across the Rd but very modern taxis all over island very reasonable €15 from airport to hotel so cheeper than transfers €10 into Zante town well worth a visit

Lovely all inclusive holiday.
The Hotel was in a lovely spot close to the beach and local bars & restaurants if you fancy and evening out. Great food and a good choice, and the staff were very helpful.

Helt ok all-inclusive hotell. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Förvånansvärt god mat. Trångt polområde och områdesexpert var litet generellt. Fint rum med egen pool! Rekommenderas! Fin strand där vi fick förmånen att se födelse av havssköldpaddor. Helt fantastiskt. Rekommenderar att följa med på någon Av alla båtturer som finns.

The all inclusive meals and drinks were excellent. Staff were fantastic too, however the room we booked could have done with some work. Shower was clogged the first night and the beds were very hard. We did enjoy our stay however!

Well run Hotel. Fabulous food with excellent staff. Kalamaki is a quietist resort with a nice beach and some good bars and restaurants. Hotel 2 mins from beach, good value for money, pool quite small, mixed age group something for eveyone

Basic hotel but with very homely atmosphere. It is like our second home in a foreign country. Staff remains amazing and very friendly. They mingle with tourist even with broken English. Tourists appreciate their effort to communicate. Great entertainment every Tuesday and Friday. Lots of food and drinks. Sorry to say those on diet will fail here as foods supply seems bottomless like their drinks. Every night, tourists enjoy camaraderie and banter, too This Klelia hotel is for everyone. Tourists come back every year.

Stayed at this hotel in September.Great location for a very good hotel.Very close to a beautiful sandy beach and a few minutes walk to the shops,bars and restaurants.The hotel food was excellent lots of choice food always hot. Steaks, lobster, kebabs.Really friendly staff .

Great location but as it was the end of the season the town was all but closed for winter. Slight disappointed in the selection of the food as it was more of an English cuisine rather than Greek. Would have liked to see more Greek foods. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would recommend this location but would rather go a few weeks earlier than the end of October.

Nice Hotel but a little out dated
This hotel is nice and for the price, you can't really complain. The staff is super friendly and the meals are surprisingly good for an all-inclusive resort. The location is convenient to the beach and is walking distance to a few restaurants and markets. The room was spacious, but a little out dated. The bed was super hard and was like sleeping on a box spring with no mattress. There was a safe in the room, however, you had to pay an additional fee to use that. Which was very surprising to me, especially for an all-inclusive resort. The walls were thin and we could hear everything that was going on outside. The hotel had nightly entertainment, a band, karaoke, etc., which was nice. The pool area was relaxing and offered some bed canopies. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Lovely, clean hotel, only recently refurbished. Nice large pool and dining room. Best thing about the hotel - definitely the staff! Could not be any nicer or welcoming.

Nice freshly renovated hotel close to beach
Great quiet all inclusive, recently revamped hotel with a nice pool, close to the beach and the rest of Kalamaki with Laganas just down the road. More suited to families and couples. Buffet meals were lovely: Very fresh n lots of variety. Rooms are basic, but modern and cleaned everyday. They could use some kind of hotel/local info pack in them though as we had to ask about this. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Un hotel à l'acceuil chaleureux, avec un personnel à l'écoute et désireux de vous rendre votre séjour agréable. Que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou les femmes de chambres. La proximité de l'hotel à la plage est appréciable. Les chambres ont un bel espace, décorés simplement mais nettoyé chaque jour et cela est appréciable.

4 ατομα καναμε 5 διανυκτερεσεις την περίοδο του Πάσχα.Περάσαμε πολύ καλα.Το συγκρότημα ηταν ανακαινισμένο, καθαρό εσωτερικά και στον περβάλλοντα χώρο,το προσωπικό προθυμο ευγενικό,το πρωινό ,γεύμα, δειπνο, πλούσια σε ποσότητα και ποικιλία,τό αναστάσιμο πακέτο παραδοσιακό τέλειο την ελλειψη της υπό κατασκευής σταθερήςενδοεπικοινωνιας μεταξύ των δωματίων την ξεπεράσαμε με τα κινητά,ενα μπράβο στήν δεύθυνση, στο προσωπικό,στό μαγειρα,και στούς βοηθού του.

Not what was expected based on other reviews
This hotel is very basic. I do not understand why it is receiving so many positive reviews. We stayed in the best room / suite 801 (at least according to all of the other reviewers. I do find it strange that many of the other reviews mention that room 801 has a jacuzzi on the balcony. It does, but we certainly didn't want to use it. There is no way to know this. It does make me question previous reviews. Service was good. Food was poor. Drink were poor. Bathroom stank. Beds were uncomfortable. It was one of the worst places we have every stayed. The only saving grace was that it was two minutes from a great beach - were we stayed most of the time because the pool at the hotel did not look the cleanest!

First Class Service with a Smile
If you are looking for a family friendly Hotel whilst in Dante, look no further. The hotel has an amazing sized cool that is great for kids, the all inclusive option is great, with a wide variety on the inclusions. Quality of food is good and the close knit staff are refreshingly kind and attentative. I look forward to returning to Klelia Beach Hotel one day

Уютный небольшой отель с прекрасной кухней. Персонал более чем дружелюбный. Прибавили в весе с мужем за 5 дней отдыха:))). Очень красивые закаты и хороший пляж. Есть русскоязычный персонал. Единственный минус это кровати. Достались они нам отдельно стоящие с неудобными матрасами.
