Nice hotel but more problem.
The property is nice and well laid out, the beach is certainly not a 5 star facility. Beach service is tedious at a request normally waits 1 hour. The cleanliness of the rooms is not excellent is enough. Breakfast in the morning is plentiful but does not feel the sameI would not recommend it to a friend, too expensive with poor beach services

Resort direttamente sul mare
Fantastica posizione! Struttura molto bella adagiata su su un'ampia spiaggia. La camera vista mare è confortevole. Pulizia adeguata e buon cibo a buffet. Unici nei la vicinanza all'areoporto con continuo passaggio di aerei a bassa quota, in fase di atterraggio e decollo e la mancanza di attrattive fuori dal resort.

Hotel stupendo con spiaggia privata.
Soggiornato in Junior Suite in all inclusive. Camera stupenda con vista mare, spiaggia privata con lettini e, avendo la suite, anche un letto in spiaggia. Mare bellissimo ( un po di alghe nella parte iniziale) ma acqua limpida. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Nell'all inclusive possibilità di 2 cene gratis all'ottimo ristorante 'a la carte' Swell.

Bellissimo hotel sul mare ma con molto da sistemar
Arriviamo in questo bellissimo hotel che sorge direttamente sul mare , tutto nuovissimo e molto curato ma piano piano si scopre che ancora molto deve essere finito e/o messo a punto . Ad esempio bruttissima sorpresa : la Spa pubblicizzata e venduta nella proposta non era ancora finita e solo una massaggiatrice provava a soddisfare la richiesta dell'intero resort (con l'ovvia conseguenza di insoddisfazione generale in quanto sempre overbooked). Ristorante alla carta decisamente buono e con un gran servizio . Quello a buffet nella media , sicuramente reso tutto più bello dalla posizione e la vista assolutamente invidiabile . Spiaggia e attrezzature della spiaggia eccellenti . Pulizia e servizio in camera assolutamente da rivedere : esempio , bicchiere usato per aperitivo lasciato sporco in camera per tre giorni. Infine l'ultima nota negativa l'assenza totale del servizio di sorveglianza bagnanti sia in piscina che in mare che sinceramente ci ha lasciati molto perplessi. Personale molto cortese è disponibile sebbene non tutto parli correttamente l'inglese ... Nonostante gli aspetti negativi comunque l'esperienza è stata nel suo complesso positiva e ci sentiremmo di consigliarlo ad amici ed eventualmente tornate anche noi dopo la sistemazione di quanto sopra .

Relax e tranquillità
Ottima struttura, frequentata da pochissimi italiani. Camere confortevoli e pulite, ristorante con ampia scelta. Ottima animazione (4 ragazzi italiani). Spiaggia bella e ben attrezzata. Unico neo sono state le alghe. Consigliato.

L'albergo non rispetta la descrizione delle camere.. Vi potete dimenticare la vista mare o fronte mare.. (la mia suite jr era descritta come fronte mare invece era "fronte muro bianco") Bisogna lamentarsi con la reception, aspettare un paio di giorni per finire in un bungalow frontale e comunque, nel mio caso, senza i comfort della suite junior (spazi, vasca da bagno, doccia esterna, internet, lettino privato sulla spiaggia) In più l'animazione.. costante più o meno durante giorno e sera e secondo me abbastanza fastidiosa. Comunque.. De Gustibus.. Carina la spiaggia di fronte, buona collazione e buonissimo il ristorante a la cart con del personale cortese, educato e veloce.

Ottima la posizione,stupendo il panorama ,fantastica la camera. Personale cortese ,gentile ed efficente! Professionalità e cortesia. Ottimo il ristorante alla carta suggestivo e romantico il panorama notturno. Forse le escursioni dovrebbero essere pensate con un po' più di spazio per lo shopping e le foto ricordo, dopo tutto non sai mai se potrai tornare ancora! Pulizia e discrezione non si poteva chiedere di meglio.

This property left nothing to desire. The room we had was clean, quiet and perfectly situated facing the beach. There was a full wall of a window to view a beautiful coastline with no obstruction at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful at turn of our stay. I just wish we had more time to stay longer.

Wunderbare Anlage direkt am Meer. Verbindung mit dem öffentlichen Bus ( pünktlich regelmäßig) sowohl in die Stadt als auch zum Flughafen sehr bequem. Ebenso eine Autovermietung direkt gegenüber der Anlage sowie unmittelbare Parkmöglichkeit auf der Anlage. Anlage schön angelegt; dezent und geschickt angeordnete Bungalows so dass man viel Privatsphäre hat

Incredible Stay at an Affordable Paradise. Wow!
Incredible stay at Knossos Beach Hotel and Spa - 10/10. We felt very cared for! Every room was max 3 min from the crystal clear warm water, cabanas and beach chairs with umbrellas on the smooth sand beach. I thought we would want to do many things in Greece only to discover this hotel and beach was paradise - so I never left! Superb staff - every one, tasty cocktails on the beach, warm water exterior pool (we never used because the ocean was soft and warm without dangerous waves!). Delicious food, good wine selection. Paradise. And an affordable paradise!!

Sehr charmanter Beach Flair, moderne Einrichtung, aber teilweise nicht hochwertig oder leicht beschädigt. Super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Das Essen war sehr lecker, es gab auch ausgewählte vegetarische/vegane Gerichte am Buffet. Flugzeuge fliegen über den Strand hinweg, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub dort.

Knosso beach bungalow was a nice way to end our 10 th anniversary vacation. The staff was kind the buffet was very tasteful but what I like the most was the view looking over the sea at the mountains and the fact that our private heated pool made this place a little gold mind. Well there’s nothing little about this place it’s huge but beautiful. I also liked you have your on private cabana on the beach. The grounds of Knossos is beautiful. Also if you feel like you want to dress up a little they do have a elegant restaurant you could try on the grounds too. Whether it’s a long stay or a weekend stay you will love your stay here. Oh and the night pictures are just as beautiful as the pictures in the day. We had a great week.

Una tranquilidad absoluta, playa excelente, servicio y calidad de las comidas una maravilla, servicio de SAP y sobre todo de Dalia muy a la altura y profesional! We had a suite with private pool and access to beach Room was a good size, and the private pool was a decent size too Access to beach was great, and it felt a little like a private beach, shared with a handful of people Food was great (Si La particularly nice food and views) Entertainment was OK, not the best but not the worst Staff were really good, always very polite and quick to take orders Loved our week and would definitely come back austin

The Knossos Bungalow Beach Hotel is a beautiful hotel with a great location. The staff at the beach and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The menus at both restaurants are good, but not exciting enough to have lunch or dinner there every day. The beach snack bar is a good alternative, but the variety is also quite limited. The laminate flooring in the rooms and the built-in closets were worn out and definitely in need of renovation. The price of the rooms is slightly higher than the offered quality. Overall, it was a nice hotel and a beautiful vacation.

Paradise!
Super convenient to the airport and ports. The hotel felt very high end and the accommodations were spacious and clean. The food was excellent, although Swell was a better restaurant than Si La. The room came with a stocked mini bar that was complementary and you could order anything you wanted from their mobile app and it would arrive within minutes. My wife and I had an awesome time there and would highly recommend this property!

Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und zurückhaltend. Perfekt für Paare, die ihre Zeit zu zweit genießen wollen. Ich kann die Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick nur empfehlen. Nicht für Kinder geeignet!

Island suite with its own pool makes for a great stay. Terrific staff from management to housekeeping. Welcome dog Hermes - bonus! Very expensive all-inclusive option was not worth it unless you drink a lot. We didn’t. Vegetarian options for lunch and dinner very limited with limited protein sources. Lots of fruits, salads but spaghetti every meal as vegetarian entree source. Sila very limited menu and no substitutions or ability to make dish vegetarian (was there no chef for this restaurant that requires reservations?) Nice stay in nice quiet area 20 min from Eraklio. Staff works VERY hard to please so would recommend but not with inclusive option.
