Dear Céline,It is unfortunate that you did not find your stay satisfactory .The room's description and photos are quite accurate and show the room's furniture and equipment as well as the info regardring the A/C (central unit with control in room) and the info regarding the parking (street parking-noprivate parking) .There are other room types that have balconies and have different style furniture (side sea view suites),maybe that would be a bettre fit for you .We apologise for any inconvenience cause by the kitchen ware,we have a 24h recpetion to help solve these kind of issues .Thank you for taking the time to post a review and for your insights..

Our reception is managed 24h and one of the reasons is to be there for our Guetsts so they can inform us when an issue or problem occures .Also the room that you booked was one of our economy quadrupel rooms which can accommodate up to four people hence the rate.
