Located just 5 minutes drive from the famous beaches of Kalyves and Almyrida, Virtus in Mare offers ultimate privacy and showcases natures finest accomplishments. The 160 sq m property is spread over a single level and can comfortably accommodate 11 people in its 4 bedrooms.

Indoors


Walking into the villa, you are instantly invited by the natural lighting coming within.


The open-plan living and kitchen area is carefully designed with attention to each detail and with large floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, providing ample lighting and easy access to the veranda, as well as pool and BBQ areas.


The living room area features a lush corner sofa, comfortably seating 11 guests, with a PlayStation 5, Bluetooth speaker, and a 65" Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances makes a self-catered holiday seem effortless, while the dining room promises nothing less than the making of unforgettable moments!


Down the hall, you will find the first bedroom with direct access to the pool area. This room features a Queen-size bed (1,80 x 2,00m), a 43" Smart TV, and a self-controlled A/C. The ensuite bathroom features a standup shower with complimentary AVEA product essentials. Furthermore, stairs lead up to a loft with a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00m), and a self-controlled A/C making them ideal for couples with kids.


Strolling through, you will find the master bedroom. This bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a Queen-size bed (1,80 x 2,00m), an open closet, a 43" Smart TV, and a self-controlled A/C. But, what will really take your breath away is the outdoor access and the unobstructed view of the pool and the sea.


Located across from the master, you will find the third bedroom. This bedroom also features direct access to the backyard area, a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00m) , an open closet, a self-controlled A/C, and a 43" Smart TV. Also, an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower.


Lastly, the fourth bedroom features two single beds (1,10x2,00) that can be joined together to form a Super Queen bed upon request, a 43" Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, and a closet. This bedroom is similar to the first bedroom where a staircase is found that leads to a loft, featuring an additional single bed (1,10x2,00). Also, on the same floor, there is a bathroom with a stand-up shower.


Outdoors:


The vast, beautifully landscaped 650 sq.m. outdoor area of Virtus in Mare offers a variety of facilities including:


- A private, 45 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.50 m deep with step access also including a 10 sq.m childrens pool, 0.60 m deep. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
- The pool area is equipped with 10 sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower, and umbrellas
- Outdoor fitness area with sea view and a variety of equipment such as a treadmill, electric bicycle, dumbbells, gym bench, balance balls, yoga mats, Pilates rings, and a 32" Smart TV.
- Barbecue area under a shaded pergola including an electric and charcoal BBQ grill, a spit, wood oven, an electric countertop stove with 2 cook zones, a sink, a mini fridge, and a 50" Smart TV.
