“You have a great breakfast choice.”

“Great option for families attending events at Elon University and surroundings. Clean, well maintained hotel with super friendly staff. Good breakfast included and ample parking.”

“Safe”

“I like an elevator, I'm a senior. 1 bar of soap for sink and tub. No fruit, no juice, the only thing for breakfast was a waffle maker with the batter running all over the container and the cabinet, and 2 kinds of bagels. Not appetizing, even my grandson said no to it.”

“The staff was excellent but everything else was ok”

“Lights were out in the elevator. Staff put flashlights hanging on the arm rails in the elevator. Sooo dark and unsafe. Isn’t this against code? Tv remote did not work properly. Plain Jane room. Defiantly NOT worth the $250 plus tax I paid for the room. Will not be using this hotel chain again!”

“Jasper (front desk) was awesome very informative and helpful. Tommy(made my drinks)and was very nice and courteous. Hot tub and pool well maintained.”

“It wasn’t even finished be built. The parking lot wasn’t even completely paved. Hotels.com didn’t even know it wasn’t built. They sent me confirmation emails before my trip”

“Property is under construction. Noise and mess everywhere. Not sure why they are even taking reservations and at a minimum they should be letting people know the situation prior to arrival.”

“Super friendly staff”

“Lynn, the manager of this property, is incredible. I had a displaced tenant that I was helping after a fire damaged an apartment building. After all hotels in Chapel Hill & Durham spiked rates for graduation weekend, I reached out to this hotel hoping desperately to find someone left to help during a tragic and unexpected disaster. Lynn was the hero we all needed! Not only was she sympathetic and accommodating, she also remained incredibly flexible for several day-at-a-time extensions while we...

“The entire staff was friendly and offered suggestions for things we needed in the area. We received an early check in which was helpful with our trip from northern Maryland.”

“Had to switch rooms due to mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good and a nice touch to start the day. Front desk staff was very professional and moved quickly to greet and help us.”

“Have stayed here several times and the place has gone way downhill. There was no non-slip mat in the bathtub. Taking a shower was a slippery hazard. The front desk did provide a mat at my request. Much better. Indoor pool was not in service. TV is a junky Magnavox. Many of the DirectTV channels were unavailable. Generally, very worn down. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were comfortable.”

“Convenient parking”

“They need to replace their door locks. The TEAM went way above and beyond to assist me in accessing my room. Very inconvenient. The locks need to be replaced. They don't work. Again everyone was amazing...service with a smile. Spend some $ and update the door locks.”
