However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again.”

“Worst two night stay at a hotel ever. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable and very noisy, shower head is installed halfway up the wall so no one of a normal adult height can stand under it, and the staff was very hit or miss if they were around for assistance. Pillows were flat and blankets were thin with no extras available. I had two rooms booked and the AC didn’t work in one of them. On top of all of this, we stayed for two nights and no one came to clean the room and the road noise is loud...

“The hotel has a good value for money since also the rich buffet breakfast is included in the rates. Laundry is possible, including air dryers. Rooms are large and equipped with fridge and microwave. Staff is nice and helpful. Restaurants nearby, at walking distance. I will go again. ”

“To be honest, you didn't expect much for the price. But, the staff was exceedingly friendly! The rooms were clean the amenities worked. Just an overall great stay and I will definitely stay there again with my wife when I go back up to visit!”

“Esperienza nella media visto il prezzo e la zona, ma giudizio nel complesso insufficiente. Operatrice gentile, ma la camera era sporca, con odore di fumo, cenere sul comodino, macchie di origine sconosciuta su tutte le superfici. Il bagno in compenso era pulito. Materasso scomodo, porta che non si chiudeva completamente (entrava uno spiraglio di luce da fuori) e tanto rumore di auto dalla vicina autostrada da fuori”

“The room was beautiful and clean! We were on the 9th floor and the view from our windows was very nice. Breakfast was not included but that was okay for us. The staff was very nice when we checked in. The beds were comfortable and the shower had very nice water pressure.”

What was most disappointing was not just the issues themselves, but how they were handled afterward....

“We had a great overnight stay at Hampton Inn. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast with plenty of quick and convenient options. The location was also perfect—close to everything we wanted to visit. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!”
