“Nice ownership. Room was dark with minimal lighting and 1-2 light outlets. Large TV only good for playing games. Shared bathroom was fine. Continental breakfast minimal. Coffee available any time was a plus.”

“The property has gone through a full renovation. Clean room, clean bathroom with excellent shower head and pressure. Location is good for Sussex County. Although, along a U.S. Hwy, it was quiet. And, I had a room closest to the highway, although well set back.”

“Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very nice man at the front desk named Chase. He was friendly and helped me with my luggage. Upon entering my room it was average. The rug was not very clean and the bathroom floor could have used a good steam. The people next door were extremely loud, banging on the walls ,children screaming and doors open and closing. “Super great spot if you’re hiking for the weekend (stokes state park Is 5 mins up the road). The bed was SO comfortable . Very clean .The decor was adorable , I felt like I was near the beach . Parking spot right outside your door ( I like to be able to see my car). The mini fridge and microwave were so cute and worked well . “Breakfast was basic. The tap in the bathroom leaked all over and the toilet was dirty. The water had black specks in it. Old outdated overall.”

“My first time at a Bed and Breakfast and I cannot wait to go back!! Jim our Inn Keeper could not have been more gracious and helpful. The Inn was spotless and I felt very comfortable and "at home". Breakfast was excellent and a real treat!! Definitely will be going back for another stay!”
