"When we arrived our room smelled like cigarettes, there was a hole in the ceiling above the toilet with a bucket to collect the water. The shower curtain was wet and thrown on the floor. They didn't offer a refund or anything but did give me another room. Which was better but still dirty."

"When you first walk into the hotel, it is very clean and nice. The lady at the front was very rude to me and was not helpful at all. The room I had was dirty. It was cleaned, but had multiple stains on the carpet, stains in the sink and bathtub, the toilet paper fixture was hanging off the wall, ..."
