“Only thing was the indoor pool was pretty cold. I did ask to see if they could turn up the heat, however pool maintenance was not available till the following day. Everything else was great!”

Front desk staff was professional though lacking customer service. From my experience staying at other hotels at the same price point, the level of customer service was underwhelming. “Stay here for a business trip. First impression wasn’t great. Waited for 20 minutes at the lobby door was locked no staff to be found. Finally checked in and heard loud arguing and some pops nearby. Not the safest area I think. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again low price reflects low quality.”
