“Very warm pool and large room. Kids loved it. ”

“Beds and bedding were fresh and clean. Outlets beside beds didn’t work. Blown lightbulb in one lamp. Mold and mildew around tub. Toilet seat loose on one side. Built up dust around baseboards and corners of floor in bathroom. Overall, the property is in need of an update and vigorous cleaning.”

“My stay was fine. I won’t choose to stay at this establishment or brand again. When we arrived. The window to the room was open. The room is spacious however the tv installation is poorly thought out. It didn’t swivel. It sits on a wall between the windows with the bed on one side and the couch on the other without the ability to turn it either way. The dust on the nightstands and phone was thick and visible. Stains on the floor also very visible. It was very apparent that the facility was old...

“Nice hotel and staff”

“Clean room, the staff were very kind and helpful. They all made sure to say hi and interact with my two toddlers. We enjoyed the pool! Would stay here again. ”

“Booked the hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool for my children. When I arrived to the pool had been closed the night before. I asked to cancel the room and they agreed that I should be refunded. They told me they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. They told me to reach out to Expedia and they should be able to take care of it. Expedia said since I didn’t buy the travel insurance I would still be responsible for the cost even though I wasn’t getting the stay that...

“Room was spotless. Staff was very friendly and inviting from the start until the end of our stay. Breakfast was great . Definitely staying here from now on when in Detroit and close by. Highly recommend. ”
