“Only thing was the indoor pool was pretty cold. I did ask to see if they could turn up the heat, however pool maintenance was not available till the following day. Everything else was great!”

“Property is pretty and rooms are appointed beautifully. The shower looked a bit unloved, grout was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time. Front desk staff was professional though lacking customer service. From my experience staying at other hotels at the same price point, the level of customer service was underwhelming. “The hotel was fairly new, but hadn’t been maintained. The room was OK but very dirty. All the corners needed to be cleaned. The tub needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of hair in spots. I had to wipe down the entire room before I used it. I only stayed one of my two nights because I was so grossed out. It’s an expensive staff was decent locations not bad but the construction is a bit of a pain.”

“Breakfast was fresh with variety of choices. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. No loud noises or distractions everyone respectable of sleep hours. The overall property is surrounded by different amenities, restaurants and stores. Hotel is in a very great location.”

“Stay here for a business trip. First impression wasn’t great. Waited for 20 minutes at the lobby door was locked no staff to be found. Finally checked in and heard loud arguing and some pops nearby. Not the safest area I think. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again low price reflects low quality.”
