“We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. “Checked in after a last minute family event. The property was clean, the rooms were spacious & it’s close to food, so that is a plus. If I had one complaint, it would be the parking situation.
