However, in the morning we realized that there was only 1 bath towel, 3 hand towels and 2 wash cloths for 4 people. My husband went to get more towels and found no one there, twice. Finally, a 3rd time he found someone but she said they were out of towels and that we would have to wash and dry the one we had if we wanted a...

“Looked ok by the photos but upon arriving, the location of this hotel was super sketchy, homeless people everywhere outside and did not feel safe for my family to stay at. Luckily Expedia was kind enough to help us cancel our reservation here and stay somewhere else!”

“While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff.”
