“Clean room. Super friendly staff. Laundry on site. I slept in past breakfast. They allowed me a late check n out. I am so grateful for my experience. Would stay again ”

“Did not know they had an airport shuttle, took an Uber instead.. Good breakfast but lobby bar was not open on Sunday pr Monday night, had to bring drinks from the casino”

“The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake.”

“The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel and our room smelled strongly of weed. The sink wouldn’t drain and the bathroom was in disrepair. The bedding was ripped and stained. I tried to contact Expedia and they said someone would call. It’s been a week and no one has called. Again the staff were all friendly and helpful but the building is need of a lot of repairs and a good cleaning for the smell. ”

“The maintenance man knocked on the door then used his key to open the door without giving us a chance to answer his knock ”

“Desk clerk Anessa very rude on phone to us before we arrived and again when we checked in. Like she was looking for ways not to give us what we were requesting. We will not stay there again. ”

“My short stay was very nice. Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable and the surroundings were quiet.”

“There were bed bugs in our room on 2nd floor as well as the rooms our team were in on the 8th floor. It took us hours to find other rooms for the team we had taken to Charleston to compete the next day. We will not book there again and will not recommend this property. ”
