He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! “The hotel was almost ok except the bed. It is incredible that in 2022 they still use spring mattresses and the springs pop us and you feel them in your back the whole night. What a shame fornsuch a hotel chain”

“I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked.
