“Nice room. Nice staff. Nice breakfast. Prompt response to one issue discovered in the room. Convenient location. I did NOT like the fact that I had to go to the desk twice to have my room key reset. Once I pay for the room, I expect to have full access until check out time.”

“When I checked in the desk clerk told me, by the way the elevators aren’t working and I have no other rooms available except the 2nd floor you’ll have to use the stairs. We had heavy luggage and bags and coolers. The pool was dirty and the place was outdated!”
