“Housekeeping staff could not come back at a later time that day to clean the room, that was disappointing. The internet was soooo sllloooowww. The lady with the colorful eyeglasses helping out with the breakfast food was very nice and pleasant (sorry I didn’t get her name). The front desk personnel were also friendly.”

“Arrival to the facility with my husband and children only to find out the pool was closed for maintenance while waiting for the front desk person to come back after approximately 15 minutes. We were quite disappointed since the pool was one of the reasons we choose this facility and were not giving the opportunity to change our reservation ahead of time. “Very nice room/small apartment. Hotel new and very good condition. Easy access from interstate and with a huge parking. Negative point is the absolute missing of restaurant near the hotel.”

“When I checked in the desk clerk told me, by the way the elevators aren’t working and I have no other rooms available except the 2nd floor you’ll have to use the stairs. We had heavy luggage and bags and coolers. The pool was dirty and the place was outdated!”
