“Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”

“It was our first time to Destin, and hands down best stay ever- because of the hotel and location. We had a walk out patio with direct access to the beach. It’s a gorgeous white sand, clear warm water beach. The resort is astounding with several restaurants, an affordable breakfast buffet (kids eat free with adult purchase). They have several outdoor pools with daily activities, and even a huge indoor pool and hot tub for rainy days. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, and beds...

“The hotel lobby was very welcoming, clean and very spacious with lots of little nooks to sit and relax or read. Dining room was open and inviting. The staff was friendly and super helpful (shout out to Carlissa for her help). Area was convenient and in walking distance to lots eateries, convention, arena and bay. Room was a bit dated but it was clean and nice. Would stay again in future.”
