“I don’t know if the places offered complimentary room service or if I had to call to request it but my mistake was thinking I’d automatically receive it. The place looks nicer than it really is, it looks like it recently got remodeling done but instead of fixing issues they just worked over it and it shows. The staff was friendly but it only felt like it because that’s literally their job. Even with the discount I got I definitely feel like I over paid.”

“was very clean except the floors definitely could be mopped/ scrubbed. i’d definitely stay there again. staff were very kind and quick to help. they don’t supply any soap but other than that i enjoyed my stay and the Air conditioner did wonders lol! ”

Dead roach on floor upon entry.. live small roach in the bathroom the next morning. Roach on wall near bed light when we came home that night. Roach in the bathroom again that night. Disgusting. “It was a good area. Centrally located, to area restaurants, shopping & highways. Hotel had a few issues. But during our stay, they were making improvements, to better the overall hotel health. Reasonably price, considering. It’s worth a stay and experience the ambiance it provides. ”

“Struttura modesta e non troppo economica. Servizi interni approssimativi, televisore malfunzionante e wifi debole e intermittente. È raccomandabile perchè comunque Pensacola è molto cara, in particolare la zona della spiaggia. Qui siamo nell'entroterra, in una tipica periferia americana da cui si raggiunge il mare in meno di mezz'ora. ”

“La struttura non è dello standard di RED-ROOF che conoscevo da miei precedenti soggiorni. Pavimento sporco, Telecomando TV che non funzionava. No frigorifero, no bollitore acqua etc. Per il mio tour ho poi proseguito con altre catene. Mi spiace”

“Had a nice room, beach view. What I loved most was how the management and staff would come together and cook eggs to order for the guests..for free. Some left tips. But it was a nice atmosphere overall. ”
