Hotel vicino a Gulf Islands National Seashore -

“Everything about this property was fine. But for the price point it needed to be nicer. Inside the rooms was again, fine. But the floor had some spots that didn't look the cleanest (not bad but just like it needed a vacuum), the one comforter had some stains and i found a large ant in the shower and another fly looking thing in the bathroom. The outside of the rooms is where it really needed more help. The rooms looked updated but the pictures online don't match when you show up and they show...

“Awful No towels No toilet paper And just so happen the card I used got a bunch of fraud hits on it after they used it.”

“There weren’t not enough bath towels for everyone. Found a roach in the bathroom”

“I was a very basic stay. My only issue is that the bathroom had basically holes dented in the floor and the tub had cig burns in it.”

“When I checked into the hotel on June 23rd, I was asked for a $100 cash deposit and told it would be returned upon checkout the following day. We checked out around 5:00 AM on June 24th, but when I asked for the deposit back, I was told it couldn't be returned until after 10:00 AM because the person with access to the safe didn't arrive until then. I then asked if they could credit the amount back to the card I had used to pay for the reservation, but they told me that wasn't possible.”

“The property was dirty everywhere other than the room which wasn't too bad. Pool was closed the whole stay. Breakfast if there was any was egg waffles with jelly and orange juice. When we went about half was through breakfast one time there was nothing. I asked if they were putting anything out and they said no and ignored me after that.”

“Hotel pulito... Profumato.. Colazione continentale consiste nel latte con i cereali e caffè e basta! Asciugamani in bagno sporchi... Proprietario molto antipatico e con poca voglia di fare!”

“Struttura modesta e non troppo economica. Servizi interni approssimativi, televisore malfunzionante e wifi debole e intermittente. È raccomandabile perchè comunque Pensacola è molto cara, in particolare la zona della spiaggia. Qui siamo nell'entroterra, in una tipica periferia americana da cui si raggiunge il mare in meno di mezz'ora. ”

“Está horrible ay chinches y cucarachas todo está sucio huele feo ay ratas atienden feo muy feo servicio los vagabundos se meten a tu cuarto no te rembolsan huele a mojo y a cigarro No puedes dormir con el ruido ay arañas no sirve el refrigerador ni el aire DEBERÍAN clausurarlo! Cuando entras casi es para vomitar ! No dan desayuno ! Ay cucharachas en la cosina ! Muy mal organizados”

“Our room was perfect! Excellent beach view in a requested no-smoking room. The staff was always courteous. The supplied breakfast choices were good. The coffee was fresh brewed and good. The fresh made omelets were made to order by a very fine young lady chef. The pool was nice and not crowded. The short walk to the white sand beach was beautiful. We had a wonderful vacation at the Sleep Inn Orange Beach.”

“La struttura non è dello standard di RED-ROOF che conoscevo da miei precedenti soggiorni. Pavimento sporco, Telecomando TV che non funzionava. No frigorifero, no bollitore acqua etc. Per il mio tour ho poi proseguito con altre catene. Mi spiace”
