“The clerks at the check-in desk were not helpful nor friendly. Their tone was rude and they were annoyed that I needed items (the TV remote batteries were dead and I also needed towels). Rude staff just makes the stay not enjoyable.”

“We absolutely loved the location! It’s within walking distance to the beach, the Hangout, shopping, dining. Excellent! We also really liked the nightly cocktail and snacks for adults, the nightly s’mores kits, free breakfast with a lot of great options. The pool is nice (sadly no hot tub). The only thing we didn’t like were the beds. TERRIBLY hard and uncomfortable. We had to stack pillows up and sleep on them as extra padding.
