This home is a gorgeous 3-bedroom, single story paradise. With its spacious open concept kitchen, and living area, Shell Yeah is sure to accommodate any family gathering. The large kitchen is beautifully equipped with all new appliances, an additional faucet over the stove for ease of access, and ample counter space. The kitchen also has an amazing view of Mobile Bay; ensuring you never miss the view while cooking dinner! The laundry room is also spacious and has a view of the bay, making something as mundane as folding clothes enjoyable. The living room is fully furnished and filled with natural light. This room has a great view of the gulf as well as access to the Gulf facing porch. Additionally, the home has blackout curtains in nearly every room, perfect for watching movies on rainy days or sleeping in after a long night of family fun.

On the West side of the home are two bedrooms. Facing the south is a queen room, with a great view of the beach and updated bedside tables that provide extra outlets. To the north is the bunk room, which has one full size bed and a bunk bed of 3 twin beds. The large master bedroom is on the East side of the home and faces the Gulf. Meaning every morning you wake up to an amazing view. The connecting bathroom is large and equipped with a walk-in shower, a deep bathtub, His and Hers countertops and smart mirrors.

We stayed at this house mostly for the elevator, but it's a beautiful house. It comfortably housed 6 adults and two children. You can tell that the owner spent a lot of time thinking about the best layout. The only thing that I wish I would have known about was the beach access. There are two accesses, and both are difficult to navigate for a senior. We were able to rent a beach wheelchair from beachnbuggys.com and they brought it the next day. It was very helpful! We definitely enjoyed our time at Granny's Retreat!
