Hotel per chi ama l'avventura a Gwent

“Fantastic Place to stay and the rooms are so clean. You even have a lovey restaurant and bar that serves tapas. Will come again soon.”

“L’hotel è accanto all’autostrada, posizione pertanto comoda anche per decisioni last minute, quando non si vuole più fare strada. Ampio parcheggio. Camera sufficientemente grande. Materassi comodi, ma cambierei i cuscini troppo molli. In bagno ottimi i prodotti per l’igiene, la porta di accesso è scorrevole e libera uno spazio per riporre i vestiti. Pulizia ottima, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante e silenziosa. La colazione offre ampia scelta e i prodotti sono buoni, la sala moderna,...

“Clean room. Excellent housekeeping and very friendly staff. Breakfast so so - took 1 star off for the instant coffee and dry over cooked options.”

“A very pleasant stay Room was lovely”

“I stayed at this hotel for the Oasis concert. The welcome was perfect. The lobby was decorated for the occasion with a small welcome buffet and themed gadgets. The staff was kind and the rooms were comfortable. I’ll take with me a beautiful memory of Newport”

“Wifi sometimes not working. Hot water not working over night? Room is big and nice, maybe a bit cold. The blanket and dubet are a bit short”

“Ideal location, great room and fabulous breakfast”

“The signature rooms are very nice - spacious and with a balcony. Love the lounge and the good breakfast at Steak on Six. Sona was good for dinner, with superbly attentive staff, but it was a little overpriced. Our air con didn’t work and the pool changing rooms could do with a freshen up, but otherwise a very pleasant and relaxing stay.”

“Rooms in The Manor are tired and in need of decorating. Bathrooms look fairly new which is great but the actual bedrooms at usually £148 a night are in dire need of updating. We had no hot water for the first night as there was a problem with the boiler. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, but I feel they hear a lot of the same complaints most of the time. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The shuttle service was great too but the car parking charges are excessive!! Drinks at the bar...

“I loved the new rooms' style. They smelled fresh and clean but most of all new. Great sensation.”

“Room not aging well. Stained carpet. Bed linen clean. Towels clean. Shower ok.”

“Not bad but should make it clearer it literally overlooks the M4 and therefore expect continual emergency services travelling the route all night”

“Room was cleanish, toilet seat broken. Shaver light in bathroom not operating and charger point in room not operating. One bed squeaked loudly every time you moved. Staff helpful and evening meals were good. The hotel met our needs but 3 stars at the most.”

“The venue is currently set up for youth residential events so it doesn't have hotel facilities. Our room was modern and clean with comfortable beds and a good bathroom, but it would have benefited from a few extra amenities. Still, the staff were friendly and welcoming, we absolutely loved the estate and we look forward to visiting again soon. It's a great place for families who enjoy outdoor activities. I enjoyed a delicious Indian breakfast which made a nice change, and my daughter enjoyed her...
