“I stayed at this hotel for the Oasis concert.
The welcome was perfect.
The lobby was decorated for the occasion with a small welcome buffet and themed gadgets.
The staff was kind and the rooms were comfortable.
I’ll take with me a beautiful memory of Newport”
“We were really impressed especially by the friendliness & attentiveness of the staff. Very welcoming. Room was spacious, well provisioned & comfortable. Glad there was a fan as it was a hot night. We pre-booked for an evening meal & it was excellent 10/10 for taste & cooked to perfection. Enjoyed our breakfast too & both meals were very generous portions. Would definitely recommend - only here for one night but would love to stay longer next time.”
“Buon albergo a 5 minuti da Newport in ottima posizione per effettuare un tour del Galles meridionale: subito dietro lo svincolo per la M4 che collega appunto le principali destinazioni turistiche. Camera un po' angusta per una famiglia di 4 persone, pulizia delle camere a "fasi alterne" personale gentile, buona la colazione inclusa. ”

“Lovely hotel unfortunately we stayed on the hottest day of the year so the room was very hot. The hotel is lovely and air conditioned but the rooms outside aren't but they did provide a fan. All staff were really nice and friendly and the breakfast was lovely. We would definately return of in the area.”
“Our stay was a delight from start to finish. We had planned to drop our case and head off to Cardiff before check-in but the room was ready 2 hours early so we were able to check in then! The room was gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and clean and spacious. The shower was lovely once we got to grips with the temperature control. The kitchenette was well-equipped and a lovely touch. The hot tub was fantastic with clear instructions. We were even able to use it in the rain due to the little roof...
“L’hotel è accanto all’autostrada, posizione pertanto comoda anche per decisioni last minute, quando non si vuole più fare strada. Ampio parcheggio. Camera sufficientemente grande. Materassi comodi, ma cambierei i cuscini troppo molli. In bagno ottimi i prodotti per l’igiene, la porta di accesso è scorrevole e libera uno spazio per riporre i vestiti.
