“Travelling with 2 teenagers. We reserved two rooms with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, they told us that they gave our rooms away and gave us 2 rooms with 2kings. They wanted our kids to sleep on pullouts. (Which we found dirty socks in) and they just gave us sheets and made us make the bed ourselves. Would not recommend this hotel to other families. ”

“If you're flying in or out of Tampa, this is by far, THE PLACE TO STAY.? You literally walk one step and you go from the lobby into the terminal. The room was on a recently renovated floor and was first class as was the bar/ lounge and the breakfast Cafe. The food was excellent. The pick-up and return of the rental car was so efficient, right on the property. Check in valet service, or self parking was also the easiest I've ever seen at a major airport. ”

“I booked a king bed but when I got there they give me 2 small beds because I booked through Expedia amd they need the room so they gave ot to someone else. Very disappointed ”

“I'd I could give 0 rating I would. The customer service here is the worst of the worst. Any question that I asked to the front desk they replied with attitude and flat out rude. We also got an additional $200 taken apart from the deposit when we checked in. When checking out the front desk said the cleaning lady accused us of allegedly broking something, and when we asked what the item was they only said "I don't know." When we asked to speak to a manager they just pointed at the number to...

“The front desk staff got the 5 stars! The company needs to upgrade the commodes as we had to switch rooms and both commodes had issues. I should be able to do my business and flush. Not flush and have extra things to do to reset the commode for the next - company issue. The front desk staff were amazing, quick and accommodating with correcting the issue with a smile. Great location with a gym and grocery within walking distance!”
