“This hotel was very close to the last stop on the cable car train which is a narrow train that goes up the mountain from Gora. Luckily we used the luggage same day storage and forwarding service from Hakone-Yumoto station because it was crowded on the cable car train and it would have been difficult to board with our suitcases. We stayed in a suite with our own hot spring tub. Dinner and breakfast was included in our plan. The service was impeccable. The host and hostesses were polite and...

“If I can sum it up in one word…. ‘Wow!’ This hotel was amazing. I booked a Japanese style room on the upper floor of the west wing with a private onsen. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable beds. Sitting in the onsen and having a ‘cold drink’ with the views was amazing. The hotel staff was excellent on check- in and check-out. Dinner and breakfast service was also excellent.”
