“The ‘hot’ breakfast consisted of microwaved Egg product, hash brown, and something labeled chicken were cold and absolutely disgusting! Our room was spacious but several stains on the carpet were awful. The king bed was comfortable. The hotel’s common areas were clean”

“Had a problem where toilet would not flush, and water was leaking from the base of the toilet. Was told it would be fixed by the time we got home for the day (about a 7 hour window), came back to the solution being a towel was put around the toilet, and dirty shoe marks covered the flooring in the bathroom from whom ever did that. Toilet did not flush still. Had to call again at almost midnight for someone to finally come get it to flush. Then, we noticed there are ants. Everywhere. Found...

“The online images are 100% deceptive--this is place is, in a word, a DUMP. The external stairs are unlocked, the place smells of mildew, and the rooms were shabby and poorly maintained. We paid a premium for a room during an event weekend, which had missing lightbulbs, stained carpets, barely any hot water, an AC unit that could not adequately cool the room, and tired bedding. Do not stay here unless you are desperate.”
