We checked in on Friday and thought the room would have been made up while we were gone Saturday and towels would at least be replenished. When we returned to room we saw no one had come so I called the front desk and was told rooms do not get made up every day, which fine they should have told us that upon checking the day before. “The staff was so kind and effective. Could not ask for better. My only suggestion would be free breakfast.”

“We experienced an extremely soiled and stained mattress pad cover on our sleeper sofa couch in our king room where our special needs daughter was to sleep. The stain appeared to be splatters of blood.This should have been inspected by housekeeping staff after EVERY stay by any customer. The sleeper couch is in that room for a reason as an additional place to sleep. The night person at the desk came right away and changed the linens and was shocked to see what we had described to her on the...

“Overpriced for what it had to offer. Breakfast was $15 but with the price tag on the one night stay i believe it should have been included. I got under the covers ans with in 30 mins my forearms had small red bites on them. We checked both beds but didnt see anything. Bed was really comfy! When we got up mybhusband had similar bits in his thighs. Not sure what that was but they werent pleasant!”

“Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The breakfast offered a nice variety. Staff at the front desk and servicing the breakfast area were friendly and helpful. Nice location right off the freeway.”
