Meaning we didn’t have to pay to get into another black sand beach nearby (that you have to book a reservation 30 days in advance for). It was right there!! The room was clean and the view was beautiful! It’s the perfect way to split up The Road to Hana as well! This place far exceeded our expectations, the bed was comfy, the futons were all made with sheets and ready for our sleepy kids, and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocky black sand beach outside was indescribable! “It was a very nice unit. Had all that we needed for a great stay. Loved sitting on the patio and looking out on the water. And walking along the water in the mornings and seeing turtles feeding off the rocks. Beach at the end of the street was a bonus. Kei was great - responsive when we asked questions. Would definitely consider staying here again.”
