“Il personale è molto disponibile. Camera decorata per il nostro viaggio di nozze ma... la finestra era praticamente finta.. si affacciava su un muro che rendeva la camera completamente buia. Meglio scrivere che la finestra non è presente.”

“Always welcomed when we entered and left the building by the front staff. Treated us with royalty. Carried out luggage’s in and opens and closed the door. Addressed any concerned we had immediately and gave us options to do things in area. Premium products and bedding. In and close to everything either by walk or dang sm or grab. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and always extremely clean. The view of the train from my window was amazing. The location is great -- at the edge of old town which means everything is a short walk away, but it is a place where you can actually rest and relax. The most incredible part of my stay were the people. The front desk staff and everyone was so friendly and helpful, it's hard to do them justice in a review. They helped me with my room, my travels...

“My favorite, and honestly most modern stay throughout my Vietnam holiday! Right in the heart of the old quarter. Above all the service by the staff is just immaculate. Warm good mornings. Friendly greetings upon your return. Location about 5-8 minutes from most things. Right near train street. Right near the night market. Cathedral and opera house all around a 15-20 minute walk. They're a great help with organizing bookings and tours and help with transportation. Overall true professionalism....

“A very new building, less than a year old. Extremely beautiful. The most modern technology is applied in many places. Plenty of delightful details. There is a window between the bedroom and bathroom, which gives a nice sense of space and light. English poses some challenges and it took some effort and patience to communicate with the staff.”

Vacanza has superior staff and supported every element of our stay there from tours to rides from the airport to our next destination. They even arranged transportation back to Hanoi from Halong Bay to another hotel. You can’t get that type of thoughtfulness at hotels in Europe or the United States, but I got it at...

“賑やかな通りにありますが、夜は騒音はなく、良く眠れました。サービスも良く、空港の往復送迎とマッサージを依頼しました。 何よりも、朝食が美味しかったです。街中のレストランで朝食は食べる予定でしたが、果物や卵料理なども充実していたので、毎日料理しました。 一点残念だったのは、窓がない部屋だったことです。同じフロアの別の部屋には窓があったようです。次回、窓のある部屋に泊まれるのであれば、ぜひまた利用したいです。”
