“The hotel was located in a beautiful part of Glenwood Springs. The pool and pool area was not well maintained. Despite it being upper 80s no one was in the pool on a Sunday afternoon. People were commenting on the dirty water. The breakfast was substandard for a Holiday Inn Express. We paid more to stay there than other hotels because we like the Holiday Inn breakfast. “Room was spacious, clean, & comfortable. Felt a little unsafe considering the group of people smoking pot at the edge of the parking lot. Parking was a nightmare. Couldn’t find a spot in the tiny parking lot (it’s impaired right now due to construction), were told to go about a quarter of a mile down the road into a neighboring facility’s parking lot. No luggage carts available. Found a spot on the way out and still had to pay the $15 parking fee which was pretty obnoxious considering the...

“The property is not well maintained. Could certainly use some touchups. Don't count on being able to do laundry, there was no washer or dryer for use. Continental breakfast didn't start until 6 am. Had to be at work at 630. Staff was ok. Power went out while gone, and elevators of course were not working when I returned. They could use a generator! Parking was a mess. Not enough spaces for the amount of business they had. A lot of construction workers were also staying here. Not any fast food...
