“Wonderful stay especially we were bumped up to a huge premium room. Location was so convenient with a less than 10 min walk to In77 shopping area. Easy to call for Didi. The staff always had a smile on their faces and would walk towards us the moment they saw us walking towards the reception. We had parcels delivered n were strangely left at the pickup boxes in the building instead of hotel receptions. Staff were so swift and most helpful in picking them up. Even helped to call the delivery...

“Very nice hotel and conveniently located. Walkable to west lake and 湖滨银泰。武林夜市 is literally downstairs. We bought the horizon club and were able to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner!”

“The front desk staff were unfortunately not very friendly or approachable. Most of the time, they just stood there, and it was unclear whether they really wanted to be there to help guests. The floor in my room was very dirty. I had to ask the front desk if they could send the cleaner back to clean it again and bring extra towels. However, it didn’t happen the first time, so I had to ask again. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is good though.”

“Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. ”

“Clean room. Great value. I loved it being on a pedestrian street but hard to get to in a taxi. More information on driving there would be great. But I should have known to take metro to that area since traffic in the city is insane. Breakfast was good and also could have more variety. Super lovely staff. So helpful and kind. “I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.”

“The hotel is in a very good position. Walkable distance to the lake. Staff is very helpful even though they do not speak good english. But anyway they are very kind and try to understand your needs. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The overall condition is good. Price was quite good so I reccomend this hotel for sure.”

“Super Hotel in der Stadtmitte! Ein wenig laut, da die Fenster nicht ganz dicht geschlossen haben. Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstück war der Hammer. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.”
