Not having a front desk was no issue at all - staff were super responsive via chat/message and everything was explained very clearly. They do ask people to leave luggage/unload at the front of property and then drive through to the back to park, but there is a door connecting the car park to inside the main building, so not sure why they do that. “The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”
