“Great stay, clean room and pleasant, polite and friendly staff ”

“The room was beautifully clean and well maintained. Perfect air con - in both the living room and bedroom. Kept it at 20 degrees if I needed, which really helped for first few days because I flew in from a cold climate. Staff were friendly and easy to chat to. Pools are beautiful, and the lobby was decorated for Christmas with a huge tree.”

“The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”

“The apartment took our breadth away. Two balconies, sea view and city view - amazing. There is nothing in this apartment that we could fault, everything was provided. The only thing and it's a minor observation, was that the check in time finished at 5.00pm. A contact number was provided for after hours check in, but would have been problem for us as no mobile service. Don't let this put you off booking. Parking was provided for the stay. ”

“Was a great stay, enjoyed the separate lounge room to the bedroom. I thought it was great value for $6xx for the night with the valet parking and executive lounge included. Plus the buffet breakfast the next day is great. Would be keen to go again.”

“Great amenties, close to everything. Second time have stayed and ended up in the same 3 bedroom apartment. In 2024 we stayed at another apartment right on the front at Broadbeach, that place was great for the fireworks on new years but nothing else. The room at the Bel Air was much better and had way more space, plenty of seating, great kitchen. We have teenage children and it was great for them to head to the shops and movies. We will be back again in 2026. ”
