“I always try and stay here when I’m in Wellington but wow the property is starting to age. Tiles coming away in the shower, damaged sinks, frayed bedding and damaged carpets at entryways and stains everywhere. It really needs an upgrade already. Not worth what they charge anymore even though the location is amazing and the overall vibe is still awesome. ”

“Hotel decadente e vecchio. Nessuno per un giorno intero ha tolto dal corridoio un vassoio con dei piatti sporchi del servizio in camera. Prezzi ingiustificati se non fosse per la colazione che è varia e ha lo staff che prepara uova e pancake freschi. Nella sala colazioni la ragazza all'ingresso ti mette a disagio mentre sono gentili e accoglienti sono alla reception. Non ci tornerei.”

“Pros
Location, price, check in staff, cleanliness, nice and new, bed was so so comfy, no outside noise, black out curtains. The 1 bed had a washer and dryer in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.
Cons
No hand/body soap in bathroom or shower, both were just empty.
If you are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask. The smoke alarm light flashes 24/7 and the clock light was so bright but at least that can be unplugged.
Really strong cooking smells on the 2nd floor, it...

“La struttura è una grande abitazione su due piani, a una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro di Wellington, in quartiere residenziale bello e tranquillissimo. Il parcheggio è in strada, negli spazi per residenti. Il posto è gestito da un signore di una certa etá abbastanza eccentrico e un pochino scontroso, ma questa è "casa sua" . La camera era particolarissima, una bomboniera ma abbastanza pulita. Colazione compresa molto varia, ma orari rigidi. Lavanderia.”
