Hotel a Hardin

“For what this hotel lacks in amenities it by far makes up for in comfort, convenience, and customer service! Everything single staff member was efficient, helpful, and SO friendly! This was the first time we traveled with our pup Vito and he was welcomed with open arms!”

“Not a very clean hotel, bed mattress was lumpy and leaned to one side. Breakfast was over-priced, with a very long wait time, and food did not taste good. Would not stay again or recommend. ”

“This was the most awful experience ever got there on Thursday April 23rd and got in the room a none smoking room someone had been smoking got moved to another room it hqd bed bigs have proof videos and pictures had to stay there wasnt any hotels available because of a event in town left as fast as we could Saturday April 25th ”

“This whole building is under renovation right now. Only the second floor is open on April 23rd. The room I stayed in was spacious and perfect. The rest of the building is in total chaos!”

“Room was dirty, urine stains all over the bathroom walls and door. Smelled not clean. Breakfast had to be old a frezzer burnt. And no choices. Samething everyday. And when Breakfast was over she put the leftovers back in the freezer. Juice machine didn't work”

“When we arrived it was a young boy out in his car playing music really loud but it was still early so I let it be. Walking in the door to check in and the same young boy walked behind to go to the front desk. Come to find out he worked there so he checked me in I went to my room to put my luggage away and the rooms most definitely needs to be remodeled. I left to go get food come back the same young boy was outside standing by the door smoking weed. ”

“I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. Windows are dirty, space smelled musty, and the property is generally tired and run-down. When I asked for my wifi password as...

“Breakfast was really good. It was getting close to closing time and they were still restocking food because people were still eating.”

“At least there weren't bugs. Fidge was moldy, bedding was stained, bathtub was filthy, half the outside lights flicker right outside the windows. I honestly don't understand how this place has any good reviews”
