“The room was clean and spacious. Our sink was clogged and because we got into our room quite late we didn’t report it until the morning. Breakfast was good - and hot! They kept everything well stocked and clean”

“This hotel did not have key cards it has house keys the hotel staff was caught inside my room 3 times snooping while they thought all of us were sleeping in the room scared my kids out of a sound sleep in the middle of the night the first time and then was caught 2 more times while my kids sat awake and quiet scared to death I would not recommend ANYONE stays here especially if the have kids! Very scetchy not safe!!!”

“With it's waterpark pool, this is an ideal location for families with young children. However, we are seniors, just looking for a quiet place to rest our heads after a 10-hour day of travel. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and parking was a nightmare! The pool is visible from the lobby through the glass wall. It was jam packed with screaming kids! There were kids everywhere! They were running dripping wet through the lobby. Any thought of slipping quietly into the hot tub to relax...

“Clean, spacious room. Needed a room for one night. Worked perfectly. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.”

“There is no elevator in this property. Navigating stairs with luggage is a challenge. The heat in my room was unable to be controlled, and it was extremely hot in the room. Even with air conditioning on and set on a low temperature, it was just tolerable. Nighttime temp was to be 25 degrees is why it was on heat. “L'hotel ha sicuramente visto tempi migliori. Bello e attrezzato, ma un po' lasciato andare. Abbiamo apprezzzato molto la piscina e le camere, spaziose e piulite. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare sia sulle quantità/varietà che sul servizio, alcune volte si dimenticano di esporre parte della colazione, ad esempio non ci era chiaro se e quando fossero disponibili gli yogurt. Ottima la posizione per visitare la foresta di Allegheny! ”

“I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services”

“Hotel molto semplice ed un po' vecchiotto, necessita di rinnovamento. Le TV in camera non funzionavano per "manutenzione" dell'impianto se ne volevi una te la noleggiavano a 20 $. La colazione a buffet abbastanza misera. E' allingresso della città per cui semplice da raggiungere, ma anche adiacente ad un enorme cimitero”
