“We asked to be moved from a noisy room to what was hoped to be a more quiet room. The new room was a bit quieter because it didn’t have noisy people in the next room. However, the rooms have no insulation or noise barriers so any sound in the vicinity is amplified in your room. The toilet was also plugged when we checked in and mostly remained that way until we checked out. Not acceptable.”

“This is no Best Western Plus. Place is getting old and lacks renovation. Location and staff are the strength of the hotel”

“The carpet had lots of stains on it. The ice machines ine the whole place didn't work. The breakfast was very poor. Only cereal and bagels. Will not stay there again.”

“The front desk lady was so sweet, made small talk and made check in very easy! We got cookies at check in. Room smelled and looked very clean. Perfect stay right off the highway when traveling! ”

“Yes, the breakfast was fresh and lots of options. The coffee was excellent. Air conditioning worked very well. A clean grassy place to walk my dog and very welcoming to my dog as well. The nearby lotions for dinner were very good. The stay was a welcoming retreat from a long day traveling north. It was a very big surprise bargain $. Highly recommend.”

“The breakfast consisted of old coffe, spoiled apple and orange juice, little debbie oatmeal cream pies, yogurt and a waffle maker. Would have given 5 stars if it were as advertised. ”

“Everything about this hotel was poorly maintained. Peeling paint, empty shampoo and bodywash dispensers, dirty carpet, poorly functioning toilet, and some of the worst coffee i've ever had.”

“Under significant renovation, pool closed and construction dust and debris all over the breakfast area, unhealthy and unsanitary. We paid extra for the pool which has obviously been closed for a while. We also picked a hotel that offered breakfast which we couldn’t risk eating. Man at the front desk could care less and told us if we had any problems with the pool closed to call Expedia. This hotel should not be offered on Expedia.”
