Case in affitto a Harper

“It is the cutest farm feel. We stayed on the back porch overlooking an open field with sheep. Tuco was the best dog and so sweet. Such a relaxing place. The breakfast fixings were such a nice touch. ”

“We enjoyed another stay here! So cute, comfy, clean, and convenient! Looking forward to staying here again next year!”

“Spot was perfect for what we needed! We were visiting friends that were RV’ing at Camp Jellystone (less than 10 min drive from the house). I didn’t realize this property was a duplex, but we still felt adequately separated from the neighbor. Would definitely book this again!”

“The host was very responsive. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was perfect for my event that i was attending. Our standard poodle Ivy loved the back yard. We loved the fact that heat was available as the nights were quite chilly. Sme of the available VRBO homes did not have heat available. I would highly recommend the Kinsleigh House to other potential guests.”

“This was a perfect space for a family of 11. It was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. The host was proactive and friendly. It was a quick drive to downtown Fredericksburg. There was enough space to lounge and come together. The scenery was great and very private.”

“I’ve stayed in hundreds of STRs and this was by far the best. Will stay here as often as I can.”

“What a cool place! So quiet and peaceful, great atmosphere and had everything we needed.”

“Great accommodations, super comfortable and intimate. We would stay here again. A couple ideas for the host to consider. Light string outside washed into the house, illuminating the inside, through the stained glass window. Inside the TV has a “night light” at the bottom that also lit up the room. A timer on the outside lights would help, if there is one couldn’t tell. Not sure what to do about the TV, electrical tape if you need it “blackout” dark in the room to sleep. No storage for clothing;...

“Private and beautiful. We loved our stay.”

“Needs window dark out shades in bedrooms. Hard to sleep at 6;00 am when the sun comes up. It would be nice to have removable cushions for the chairs on the front porch.”
