“Our room card didnt work well it took several minutes to get it to work if at all. When id take the card down they acted very inconvenienced to help as if I wasnt telling them the truth. They had to reset it over and over and would tell me it should work but it wasnt. They gave me attitude each time. Then during breakfast they stop serving at 9:30 and people were in the middle of making food but they shut the dining room lights off. Locked the fridge so you couldn't get milk for cereal or cream...
