“I stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is excellent, very close to Big Ben and the underground, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was fairly spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only aspect I didn’t particularly like was the bathroom, which has a glass wall facing the room and therefore offers limited...

“Reception and check in all smooth. Requested tea bag replenishment and appeared smoothly. Only queries were over large to for room and position made it difficult to watch plus couldn’t control room temp through app and bathroom rad couldn’t get to work. But overall very happy with stay. ”

“Friendly staff upon arrival, clean room, fully stocked with tea/coffee as well as bathroom products. Nice and air-conditioned with a comfortable bed. Overall did the job of a single night stay well. Would definitely stay again in the future.”
